Supercuts opened for business in Cedar City July 27 and had a ribbon cutting Friday. The grand opening celebration continued Saturday with discounts and give-aways. The franchise is owned by Judith Parmelee and Barry and Shanna Church. The business is located in the Providence Towne Center and can be reached at 586-2126. Supercuts has more than 2,100 locations across the country.
