A semi truck sits attached to a tow truck at All Ways Towing in Parowan Saturday. The truck went off state Route 14 Nov. 23, ejecting and killing the driver, Alabama resident Terry D. Milton. The truck was pulling a flatbed trailer loaded with steel coils. A portion of the road’s cement barrier was also destroyed.
