Gary and Vera Giles have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married July 7, 1960 in the St. George LDS Temple. They have spent the past 50 years proving that true love is spending one day getting married and the rest of their life being happy that they did! They are the parents of seven children – Bred Giles, Dana (Daril) Magleby, Lara (Bruce) Reber, Candace (Ruben) Togisala, Derek (Courtni) Giles, Jennifer (Thomas) Orrock, and Nathan (Amanda) Giles – and have 22 grandchildren. The commemorated this special occasion with a dinner, a program and a day of activities with their family.
